Guarantee and Returns Policy
We guarantee everything we sell and want our customers to be happy and satisfied. If you have a problem, call us immediately and let us know. If you desire a replacement, exchange or simply would like to have your purchase price refunded, we can do that too. Please note that refunds will be given only for the product purchase price less shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to send the product back to Aromatherapeutix prior to any of the above actions. Please see RETURNS.
We guarantee everything we sell. If you have a problem, call us immediately. You can return any item within 30 days for replacement or refund of the purchase price less shipping.
If you would like to return an item, for whatever reason, you must call first and get an Return Authorization Number (RMA). Packages returned without RMA's risk being rejected and returned to the sender. When sending packages back, make sure that your name, address and RMA are clearly notated on the box. Additionally, include a short note of what action you would like to have taken (refund, etc.). Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
