Just put 4 or 5 drops on a tissue, lay back, relax, inhale deeply. You can also use this blend in a small bedside diffuser or mix it 50/50 with a carrier for topical application. When used topically, a few drops on your upper lip under your nose can work wonders. Contains costly, 100% pure essential oils of Roman Chamomile, Labrador Tea, Valerian, Lavender and Marjoram.
