Kakui Nut Oil

Aleurites moluccanus or Kukui nut oil is derived from the state tree of Hawaii, the Kukui, also known as a candlenut tree. It is harvested and the oil is collected by expeller pressing the large nuts rendering a light green colored oil of medium viscosity. Native Hawaiians have used Kukui nut oil in religious ceremonies, medicine and traditional crafts for centuries.
