It is a proprietary blend of 100% pure essential oils. Nothing synthetic. A small amount of True Melissa and several other essential oils are blended together in formula that smells exactly like Melissa Officianalis. It’s so good that people will think your lying when you tell them it’s a blend. It is a brilliant substitute anywhere Melissa is needed but the expense cannot be justified.
