Discounts for Wholesale customers range from 10% to 65% and apply to all products on this web site with the exception of books and closeouts. The discount is available to resellers and practitioners ONLY.

To apply for wholesale status, please download the application form and fax or mail it back to us with the required documentation. We must have a copy of any one of the following items of documentation on file before we can process your first order.

- Sales Tax License or State Resale Permit

- City or State Business License

- Professional License (RN, LMT, DC, ND)

If you are a California company please also download a Californian Reseale Certificate, fill it out and return it with the above paperwork. If we do not have this form on file, and you are a California company, we are required by law to charge sales tax on your order.
