How UsedCalming fragrance. Use in a diffuser blend to soothe irritable nature, relieve PMS, ease depression and overcome insomnia. Good anti-mflammatant. To help combat emotional anxiety associated with respiratory allergies, blend 7 drops Roman Chamomile with 3 drops each Lavender and Rose (absolute is OK) and inhale or add to bath.
